This first EP is dedicated to the two women who have determined my life and mean the most to me. First of all, I dedicate this EP to my mother. She passed away in June 2010 at the age of 80. She was the one who always supported me in the choices I made in my life, who showed her true unconditional love. I admire her for her dedication and her pure and basic philosophy of life. She dedicated her life to her family, to her husband and children. She did not need much and she never lost her faith in God. When times got rough between my father and me, which broke the relationship between my sisters and me, she never believed in rumours, she never let go of her love, she just did not give up. She believed in Tanya and Yulia and Elena. I feel indebted to her since I gave up and gave in and left the farm.
The other woman is Tanya, my wife, who was willing to marry me on September 3rd, 2004. Tanya became my anchor. I loved her then and I still love her now, perhaps even more so. Together we explored life and we explored the world. Together we built a home, she supported me during the most difficult days of my life, and she never let go of that support and love. I still believe that I do not deserve her – she is too good for me…
